Any information we hold on customers (or potential customers) is the result of your approaching us or a request for us to contact you, and is limited to what we need in order for us to provide a service to you and to operate our business.

 

When you first contact us or send an enquiry in person, by email, social media or via our website, we may collect personal details such as your name, email, postal address and payment details. We need this information to process your request for class enrolment, hiring or an event. We will only use your personal information to contact you to book and confirm classes, hiring or an event. We only share or disclose information to a third party that is GDPR compliant and may send you a newsletter or event information.

 

In booking a hire or enrolling in a class with us you consent to our holding this information. Generally we retain it until you are no longer a customer, however, if you do not wish us to do this please let us know and we will delete such details from our system.

 

Personal information on our computer is password protected and only a limited number of staff are able to access it. All paperwork relating to the process of booking your lessons is kept securely.

 

We do not buy in mailing lists from external parties or use information from other mailing lists that are not our own.

 

We will never sell any of your personal details on to any third party.

 

Our website does not include options for customers to log in, leave comments or to upload media. We do like to take photographs of attendees and hire set ups for use on our website, social media and printed materials, if we take photos we always ask if you consent to this.

Should you no longer wish us to hold your data
