Happyjacks Soft Play reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice, the deposit will be forfeited. However please note that the deposit can be used to re-book a party on another day (subject to availability).
EVENTS ONLY-
We are unable to guarantee the weather and therefore the deposit will be forfeited if the event is cancelled and no alternative day is possible (subject to availability).
If the weather is unsuitable on the actual day of Hire and an outdoor venue has been booked then we will contact the Hirer in the morning to give the chance to change to a more suitable indoor venue.
